Summary: The Associate Account Director (AAD) manages day-to-day client relationships. This individual also collaborates with other team members (ie: account directors, account managers, creative, estimating, scheduling, outsourcing, accounting and finance) as well as outside partners (including providers of data, analytics, and digital media), who will help develop and implement solutions for Nahan’s clients.
AADs are expected to establish and maintain strong partnerships with assigned clients by ensuring successful execution of deliverables and providing excellent customer service.
AADs must gain and demonstrate a deep understanding of their clients’ business and marketing needs. This individual must be able to lead client discussions and convey Nahan solutions persuasively. AADs support Account Directors in ensuring all Nahan services and deliverables are provided to clients on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget.
